These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Qwikett mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using Qwikett, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To place orders, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Qwikett connects users with multiple restaurants for food delivery. We are not responsible for the quality, preparation, or delivery delays caused by partner restaurants.
All prices shown on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders once placed cannot be modified; cancellation is subject to the restaurant’s policy.
Payment must be made via our available payment methods (e.g., UPI, cards, wallets, COD where available).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant delays.
If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be canceled without refund.
Refunds are issued only in the event of failed delivery or order cancellation as per restaurant approval. Please check our full Refund Policy for more details.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Misuse promotions or referral programs
Provide false reviews or feedback
Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
All content on the platform, including logos, design, and trademarks, are the property of Qwikett and may not be used without prior written permission.
Qwikett shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to food quality or delays.
Qwikett may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in kolkata.
